Self-contained universal unit for study of axial flow pump as well as turbine flow characteristics. Storage tank, pump/turbine unit, motor dynamometer, turbine dynamometer, main service unit, and instruments for measuring flow rate, pressure, speed and torque. Fixed blade runner and fixed guide vane with clear acrylic and stainless steel casing. Three runners and three guide vanes of different pitch angles. Piping and valve control to enable running as a pump or turbine. 220V, 1ph, 50Hz or as required.
